Coach’s Announcements

Practice Rules:

1. Please have rides available 45 minutes after the stated practice-ending time, not before.

2. Each wrestler must bring fresh work-out gear to each practice. Nothing can be worn 2 days in a row.

3. Each wrestler should begin each practice with sweats (top/bottom), and shed layers as practice intensifies.

4. If an athlete wrestles, he must shower, so be prepared with fresh towel and loofah daily.

5. Beginning Monday, 11/16, all wrestlers must have a cleaned headgear for practice, daily.

6. All wrestlers must have a set of running shoes (not skateboard/basketball shoes) ready for each day, regardless of practice plan.

Weekly Schedule
Mon – No school! 11:00am to 1:00pm (weight-training/wrestling)
Tues – 2:45 to 5:00pm (wrestling)
Wed – Away dual vs. Coatesville (all wrestlers arrive at 4:30pm)  Weigh-ins are at 5:30pm; JV wrestling begins at 6:15pm
Thurs – District dual vs. Neshaminy at CR South HS (all  selected wrestlers arrive at 3:00pm) Weigh-ins are at 4:30pm; wrestling begins at 5:30pm
Fri – 2:45 to 5:00pm (wrestling)
Sat – 9:00 to 11:30am (weight-training at DE, then rock-climbing at Downingtown Rock Gym!)  All rock-climbers must have a completed waiver! They are available any day after practice.
