1. Please have rides available 45 minutes after the stated practice-ending time, not before.
2. Each wrestler must bring fresh work-out gear to each practice. Nothing can be worn 2 days in a row.
3. Each wrestler should begin each practice with sweats (top/bottom), and shed layers as practice intensifies.
4. If an athlete wrestles, he must shower, so be prepared with fresh towel and loofah daily.
5. Beginning Monday, 11/16, all wrestlers must have a cleaned headgear for practice, daily.
6. All wrestlers must have a set of running shoes (not skateboard/basketball shoes) ready for each day, regardless of practice plan.
