Weekly Schedule

Mon 2/9 – 3:00 to 5:00pm (weight-training, wrestling)

Tues 2/10 – OFF

Wed 2/11 – 3:00 to 5:00pm (wrestling)

Thurs 2/12 – 3:00 to 5:00pm (weight-training, wrestling)

Fri 2/13 – 3:00 to 4:30pm (wrestling)

Sat 2/14 – 9:00 to 11:00 (weight-training, wrestling)

Sun 2/15 – “Mat Set-Up” for the Chesmont JV Championships
ALL wrestlers meet in the small gym at 2:00pm! The work goes until @3:30pm

Mon 2/16 – Varsity – 7:00 to 8:30am (weight-training/conditioning), then table-work to finish!

JV – JV Chesmont Championship tournament at DE!
All JV wrestlers must arrive at D-East at 8:00am and wrestling begins at 9:00am
